The first online meeting of Net0Manager manager marked the beginning of the Erasmus+ project “Net0Manager: Carbon Management Training course for entrepreneurs of a net zero tomorrow”. The pre kick-off meeting was held online last 27th of October 2023.

Training 2000 is the coordinating partner and will have the pleasure to collaborate with SunRise Tek Park (Lithuania), Gebze Technical University (Turkey), Innogestiona SL( Spain), European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME (Belgium) , Hétfa Research Institute (Hungary) and SUPSI (Switzerland) as associated partner.

Training2000 as project coordinator presented the project, the main objectives, target groups and expected results of the project. The main goal of the Net0Manager project is to improve the skills and competences of EU managers on carbon management, innovating their mindset concerning net 0 approaches and strategies to be adopted within the SMEs to reach one of the “EU 2050 long-term strategy” priorities. The project aims to up-skill VET trainers and managers in carbon literacy training through new training approaches that ensure innovation and flexibility in VET education and addresses learners’ needs through a more flexible, learner-centred form of education also fostering inclusiveness, access and equal opportunities.

During this first meeting, the partners had the opportunity to meet and know each other through a short presentation of own organization. The all 5 work packages and related tasks were described and analyzed by each leading partner as follows:

WP2_Net0Manager Toolkit -competence map and training path (SVSTP with the support of Innogestiona)

WP3_The Net0Manager Online Platform (GTU with the support of SUPSI)

WP4_Net0Manager recommendation set strategy (Hétfa Research Institute)

WP5_Dissemination and Communication (CEA-PME)

Training2000, as partner coordinator, also addressed financial and administrative issues to clarify next steps of the project.

Partners are really excited to work on the project and start carrying out all the required tasks before the next meeting in Badajos (Spain) that will be the First f2f Transnational Project Meeting.
