“READY4I5: Towards Industry 5.0 – challenges, good practices and lessons learned from Industry 4.0”

The “READY4I5: Towards Industry 5.0 – challenges, good practices and lessons learned from Industry 4.0“ project aims to educate people on the importance of transformation towards Industry 4.0/5.0. The knowledge and competences in this field will be necessary for professionals employed in different sectors and industries. People should be aware of the impact the industry has on the climate and know how Industry 4.0/5.0 can help reduce this impact for better future.

The project will likely increase the awareness of and stress the need to take into consideration and possibly implement the rules of Industry 4.0/5.0 to help organisations gain competitive advantage. The acquired competences will directly contribute to the design of a strategic plan of transformation towards 4.0/5.0 to be used by the beneficiaries in practice in their present or future enterprises.

The main project result is the development of a Compendium, a comprehensive document collecting interviews, best practices, case study analysis, surveys and information collected throughout the project among the 3 partner countries( Poland, Italy and Estonia).

Il progetto “READY4I5: Verso l’Industria 5.0” si propone di formare manager e imprenditori sull’importanza della transizione verso l’Industria 4.0/5.0. Le competenze acquisite saranno cruciali per i professionisti di diversi settori industriali, poiché è fondamentale essere consapevoli dell’impatto dell’industria sull’ambiente e di come l’Industria 4.0/5.0 possa contribuire a ridurre questo impatto per un futuro sostenibile.

Il progetto mira a sensibilizzare sull’importanza dell’Industria 4.0/5.0 e a promuovere l’adozione di queste regole per migliorare la competitività delle organizzazioni. Le competenze acquisite saranno fondamentali per sviluppare e implementare un piano strategico di trasformazione verso l’Industria 4.0/5.0, che i partecipanti potranno applicare con successo nelle loro attuali o future imprese.

Il risultato principale del progetto consiste nella realizzazione di un Compendio, un documento esaustivo che sintetizza interviste, best practices, analisi di casi studio, indagini/questionari e informazioni raccolte durante il progetto nei 3 Paesi coinvolti (Polonia, Italia ed Estonia).
