SFM VR “Sustainable Forest Management Through Virtual Reality”  Partners met  in presence for the first time on 11 May 2022 in Italy (Fano). The project partners from Italy, Finland and Romania  presented their own organisations and contributions to the project. The project results and related activities were presented and agreed upon. The meeting was crucial to make decisions about the future activities; in particular the First International Webinar on Ecological sustainability had been organized.

In the second day of the meeting the Italian partner Training 2000 with the support of Alta Valle del Metauro Unione Montana organized an interesting visit to the local forest (Le Cesane) where the partners could appreciate the natural environment and take a closer look at  the forests of the Marche Region.

The kick-off meeting represents a crucial moment for a good start to the activities and for all decisions to be taken on the future of SFM VR! project.
