On May 28-29, 2024, the EduChampions partners were warmly welcomed by the IGEA team in Bursa, Turkey, for the fourth transnational project meeting. Held at the IGEA headquarters, the meeting provided a platform to present the agenda and review the results set for discussion.

The agenda primarily focused on the progress and pending tasks within the various work packages of the project, emphasizing the co-creation process of the EduChampions learning path and its integration into the online educational hub. CARDET, the leading partner for platform development, provided an update on task and finalization progress under the general oversight of project coordinator Ikaslan. Disruptia also shared the current status of the project’s YouTube channel, informing partners about the number of followers and engagement levels to extend the channel’s impact.

The partners also concentrated on upcoming pilot testing activities, with Mindshift sharing the template for these activities and the reporting process to ensure the timely completion and availability of the final training path on the platform.

In addition to these discussions, the meeting covered dissemination, sustainability, quality assurance, financial matters, and future tasks. Contributions on these topics were shared respectively by Foundation, Eurofortis, Training2000, and Ikaslan. This provided a valuable opportunity to evaluate the project’s strengths and weaknesses and to plan actions to address any issues before the final project meeting in Bilbao in September.

Overall, the fourth transnational project meeting was both productive and informative for all participants, offering insights to refine and improve project activities moving forward.
