TOC – Transport Operator Competence
The core idea of the TOC project is to find out how the occupation of road and international road hauliers in the project countries differ from each other in practice (Directive 96/26 of 29 April 1996), what documents to access the profession are required and how these documents are mutually recognizable in different partner countries. The project clarifies the unity of national and international road haulage and passenger haulage, and ensures the professionalism of transport operators in terms of knowledge and skills needed at work. A training package that supports the needs of freight and passenger carriers to be used in everyday work will be created within the project.
