Interculturality- Intercultural Competence Development for International Business Environment

Action 2 : Cooperation for innovation and good practice – strategic partnerships for education.

Implementation period : 01/10/2019 – 31/03/2022

Objective:  It aims at supporting adult educators in developing intercultural competences in adult learners to develop personal skills and improve chances of securing employment, starting own businesses or updating own competences.

Results:

1.  A methodological framework in the form of a manual to enhance the key competences and intercultural skills of adults, including good practice analysis and return on investment for enterprises.
2. Interculturality Toolbox – a set of training tools for adults who want to improve their intercultural competences and want to be successful and develop within a complex multicultural business environment.
3. My Intercultural Competence – APP– a mobile application supporting adults (future managers, team leaders and company employees) in the assessment of intercultural competences. In the application, users will be presented with a number of practical challenges and activities related to education about intercultural competences in business.
4. Interculturality for Adult Educators – a professional development course (CPD) for adult educators, which will aim to support teachers, mentors, trainers, decision makers and stakeholders in implementing the created material in the target group. This result will combine all project results into a description and practical ideas for material implementation at different levels: national, regional and local.
