The project aims at increasing the awareness on potential cultural risks in organizations and on acquiring the competences, which are crucial for the effective functioning of the company. The project creates a training course on minimising risks in multicultural environments for organisations and adult educators in order to face the risk of culture clash and increase awareness on cultural diversity.
