As the Smart Energy Solution for a Sustainable Future (S3SF) project enters its final phase, we are reaching out to vocational education and training (VET) providers and trainers across Europe to help us test and fine-tune the results we’ve developed so far.
A key component of the project is the Simulation Tool, designed to offer learners realistic, hands-on experience in energy consumption planning. The tool is based on software developed by the Energy Department of Aalborg University, a leading partner in the project. It allows users to explore smart energy system scenarios in a user-friendly, educational context.
To support the use of this tool, the S3SF team has created a short video tutorial that introduces the platform and explains how to navigate and apply it in training settings.
We are currently inviting VET providers and trainers to:
- Test the Simulation Tool with learners
- Explore our free self-directed Moodle-based training resources
- Provide feedback to help us improve usability and effectiveness
