InnoGreen Erasmus+ Project’s Pedagogical Guide Now Available in English and Italian!

We are thrilled to announce that the long-awaited Pedagogical Guide for the InnoGreen Erasmus+ project is finally ready and can now be accessed in both English and Italian. This comprehensive guide is a vital resource designed to enhance the competencies of trainers in the implementation of innovative green practices, with the ultimate goal of fostering a more sustainable economy.

The Purpose of the Pedagogical Guide

The Pedagogical Guide is part of the InnoGreen initiative, which aims to empower trainers to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge they need to make informed environmental decisions. By understanding the benefits of green actions, entrepreneurs can contribute to the “greenification” of the economy, paving the way for a more sustainable future. Armed with this knowledge, these entrepreneurs can identify lucrative opportunities within the green economy and successfully implement eco-friendly practices using our innovative business canvas.

Alongside the Pedagogical Guide, the InnoGreen project also provides several other valuable resources, including a Good Practice Guide, a Green Business Innovation Canvas, and an E-learning platform.

Aim of the Pedagogical Guidelines

The primary focus of these guidelines is to cultivate creative and innovative skills among trainers. They outline practical pedagogical methods and techniques aimed at developing creative thinking. Through these guidelines, adult educators will be well-equipped to train entrepreneurs in enhancing their creativity. The guide also includes suggested exercises which serve as practical examples, encouraging future entrepreneurs to foster their creative processes when exploring new and innovative green practices for their businesses.

Structure of the Guidelines

The Pedagogical Guide begins with an introduction, followed by a methodology section. It provides a thorough description of various pedagogical approaches( case studies; problem-solving and Project-based Learning ) and creative thinking strategies (SCAMPER and  5Ws & 1H). The document concludes with a discussion on merging these pedagogical methods with creative thinking techniques into actionable exercises. Furthermore, it offers a link to the exercises available on the E-learning platform, enabling trainers and entrepreneurs to dive deeper into their learning journey. For those who wish to expand their knowledge further, additional reading suggestions are also provided.
