The Senior Tutoring – Educator Professoinalization (STEP) project has 2 main goals:
- Supporting adult educators with Methodology Handbook and Curriculum as well as Learning platform how to empower seniors to stay active and participate fully by addressing a general approach for working with seniors and these topics:
(1) Lifelong learning,
(2) Digital skills,
(3) Health promotion,
(4) Social and economic inclusion,
(5) Political participation. - Empowering seniors with new skills in workshops, motivate them to bring in their own ideas and participate in society.
Il progetto STEP – Educatori di adulti e Discenti Senior ha due obiettivi principali:
- Supportare gli educatori per adulti con un manuale metodologico e un curriculum, nonché una piattaforma di apprendimento per consentire agli anziani di rimanere attivi e partecipare pienamente, affrontando un approccio generale per lavorare con gli anziani e questi argomenti:
(1) Apprendimento permanente,
(2) Competenze digitali,
(3) Promozione della salute,
(4) inclusione sociale ed economica
(5) partecipazione politica.
- Dare agli anziani nuove competenze nei laboratori, motivarli a portare le proprie idee e a partecipare alla società.
