The PACE project aims at promoting employability through the acquisition of entrepreneurial competences. Students from Germany, Italy and Spain learn about Project Management, innovation, creativity and business topics from their previous-trained teachers in order to found cross-border student enterprises (SEs) in their own countries. The founded SEs belong to the tourism sector and they constitute a network where their products and services are traded in. This cross-border action between SEs provides the students with language and media competences through the network communication. Several student exchanges are planned during the project, where the students act as hosts and guests for their peers and learn how to implement their planned products or services. At the end of the project, the students receive an “Entrepreneurial Project Management Certificate” (EPM), where the acquired competences are certified.
