The EUROOTFOOD project seeks to develop innovative VET training practices to support the training of chefs & restaurateurs and create new gastronomic destinations in Europe through the revival of slowly disappearing traditional cooking practices.
While reaching its primary beneficiaries – chefs & restaurateurs in Europe, the EUROOTFOOD project will also reach a wide group of secondary beneficiaries, concerned with development of alternative tourism in rural areas.
